1) If you get wrong product than what you have ordered, in this case, Astermeds.com reship your order again completely free of any charges or refund your full money back to your account.
2) If order reaches you in damaged form and during investigation it gets proved that it is due to our fault, then Astermeds.com reship your order again free of cost or initiate entire refund back.
3) If order does not reach you on defined time or takes more time in reaching, contact us. Astermeds.com will do complete investigation on it and if during probe it is found that delay is from our side then we will reship your order again free of any charges or will give your money back. If you want money back then refund will be calculated depending on the type of shipment method you have opted for.
4) Order is trackable if it is shipped through express shipment method. If you have chosen this method and do not get order on time or take more time in reaching, then you can ask us for tracking your order. If during tracking it is proved that delay was from our side or we shipped order at wrong address, then Astermeds.com will re-ship or refund your entire money back.

5) Refunds are made at the starting credit card bank account of the purchaser.
6) Refunds made to the Credit Card Bank Account of the purchaser will appear in the statement within 10-15 business days.
