Astermeds.com has a great shipping policy. Before placing an order, it is must to read it fully to avoid any confusion. We have a streamlined shipping policy. It is fast and reliable, and crystal clear.
You will get an e-mail as soon as your order is confirmed with Astermeds.com. Number of working days within which you will receive an order depends on the method of shipment selected. If your order takes more time in reaching than mentioned or get misplaced, immediately contact us by e-mailing at customersupport@Astermeds.com citing details like, your phone number and the order info. Our customer support representative will get back to you in some time with the courier's tracking number for the shipment and will also guide you about how to use this number, so that the order can be tracked. If during tracking it is found that your order has got lost due to our mistake then we will re-ship your order again completely free of cost or will refund your entire money back depending on which shipment method you have opted for.
After placing an order with Astermeds.com, you will receive two notice acknowledging the receipt of your purchase application.After you place the order with Astermeds.com you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive any notice, it means your order(s) were not registered with us and shipment will not be processed. It will take approx two working days after your receipt of the notification of credit approval, for you to receive another notification known as the shipping notification which tells you that your order has been processed and duly shipped and you can expect delivery with 8 to 10 working days.
Astermeds.com is based in Belize and all shipments are delivered to their respective addresses. We use different shipment methods like USPS, Royalmail, EMS etc. Shipments are trackable with the courier tracking number provided by the express shipment company after your parcel is shipped. This tracking number helps in keeping watch on your order till it reaches its required destination i.e. you.
If on arrival day of your delivery you are unable to collect it, please leave a note on your door guiding address of your neighbor who can collect your order on your behalf. If you cannot arrange for anyone, Express courier member will keep a note on your door stating shipment number and a contact number so that you can call them and arrange for the delivery.
Note- Astermeds.com does not make delivery at Post Office.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF DELIVERY IS LATE?
If you do not receive order on specified time period contact our customer support team. They will contact you back with the courier's tracking number for the order and will guide you throughout about using this number to study the status of your shipment. If we are unable to locate your order, or it is proved that a delay is from our side the entire credit will be refunded or we will ship the order again.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?
You will get an email from Astermeds.com within two days after placing an order affirming that your payment has received final approval and will be duly shipped. You will receive the tracking information after that product has been shipped out successfully. It is 8-10 working days if shipment is done through express shipment method and 15-20 working days if registered post shipment method is used.
